We recommend you send your returns by recorded post with a tracking facility. Remember to always retain your proof of purchase. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your own expense. We will write or e-mail that your return has been received and is being processed. We will replace it or refund your money paid for the product(s) in full but we do not refund your postage. Please note that refunds bought as a present can only be paid to the original payer and if you decide to exchange an item, we reserve the right to inform the payer.

Returning an item bought on this website within 14 days will be taken as a notice of cancellation of your order ( or relevant part of you order).Under these circumstances we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of 10% per unit price per item in addition to any other administrative charges ( see terms and conditions) which may apply.
