We continue to heavily subsidise postage, packing and insurance making it a reasonable £2.95 per order. There is a £3.00 supplement for orders under £15.

Where a parcel weighs less than 2kg, we reserve the right send the order by Royal Mail standard parcel which may take 2-3 days delivery time.

Our NEXT DAY delivery service ensures that orders to most mainland areas of the UK ( received before 12 midday) are promptly dispatched and are usually scheduled for delivery to you next working day. ( ie Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays)

During exceptional busy periods or when an item is out of stock , we reserve the right to extend this delivery period. We will inform you by e-mail if we do this. Our appointed carrier is Fedex UK..

For example: an order placed by 12 midday on a Monday for a UK Mainland address ,will usually be dispatched the same day and is scheduled to be delivered to you on Tuesday. Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take up to 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for livefood products being delivered direct from the manufacturer ( ie Mealworms). Our appointed carrier for Livefood is usually Royal Mail.
